JUST-ROASTED COFFEE

I love drinking good coffee.  This love led to an interest in how coffee-roasting works.  That interest then led to buying my own roaster and trying it at home.

That was a couple years ago, and it’s turned into a great hobby.  To spread the love, I thought it’d be good to create this page so anyone can join in the fun.

When you place an order, you’ll get the exact same coffee I’m drinking at home.  I like trying beans from all over the world, so when one batch runs out, I’ll order something different.  This means that the beans I have today will very likely be different than what I’ll have in a couple weeks or in a month.

AFAP – As Fresh As Possible – After roasting, coffee beans go through a “degassing” period that lasts anywhere from 12-48 hours. Although you can drink it immediately, coffee usually tastes best 1-2 days after roasting. To ensure that you’ll receive coffee as fresh as possible, I won’t roast the beans until you order them, and I’ll ship within 24 hours of roasting. Often times, the beans arrive right as the degassing has finished.
